The ground rules for using this site and our assessment. Effective June 30, 2026.

Agreement

By using entiremanagement.org or any tool we publish on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Engagements with Entire Management Inc. are governed by a separate written agreement that controls in case of conflict with these terms.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful, personal, and business research purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We can suspend access if the site is being abused.

The assessment

The Entire Health Index assessment is provided for informational purposes. Your score is a snapshot based on your own answers. It is not a guarantee of outcomes and does not substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice for your business.

Intellectual property

The E.N.T.I.R.E. Method, the assessment, the Entire Health Index, copy, branding, and design on this site are owned by Entire Management Inc. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy, republish, or build derivative tools from our materials without written permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you submit through forms, the assessment, or messages. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it to respond to you, deliver services, and improve the site.

Third party links and tools

The site links to third party tools such as our scheduling and email providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms govern your use of those services.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and the assessment are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entire Management Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
